Research shows that volunteering helps staff develop leadership, decision-making and negotiation skills. It can also help staff develop as individuals, boost morale and improve retention. But we’re not here to give you an endless list of facts and figures to convince you of the benefits of employee volunteering. We’re here to make things as easy as possible for you and your employees to get involved so you can experience these benefits for yourselves.
Our three types of corporate opportunities available:
TimeBank is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2020 and has a strong tradition of working with corporates both large and small. We currently offer three ways that your organisation can get involved from one-off or multiple volunteer days, to our new pilot Local Connections looking at skills based volunteer or either funding one of our programmes or funding a new programme that your staff can get involved with:

- Corporate Programmes – targeted programmes of work with a small number of employees
